This meeting was held at the legendary Fausett Cabin in Colquitt County, Georgia.  About a dozen Georgia EIA members enjoyed an idyllic lakeside setting at Trey's wonderful cabin complete with barbequed pork and all the fixins!  After lunch, attendees heard Mr. Fisher's very informative presentation that discussed the definition of a jurisdictional wetland, permitting stages and compensatory mitigation from "Wetlands Banks".  The presentation focused on understanding wetland rules as they apply to property development.  After the presentation, William Spain lead a Georgia EPD Star Group meeting that reviewed enforcement issues, drywall/joint compound sampling, among other topics.
